This coaching provides the framework for the leaders to develop a sense of purpose and learn about their leadership style, what motivates them and what motivates their team. Leaders impact the organization greatly one way or another depending on how effectively they set expectations, hold people accountable and resolve conflict within the organization. In this coaching series, one will learn new skills and how to reinforce them to impact their team and their leadership practices. Leaders will receive advice on how to:

The healthcare industry is facing unprecedented changes. And, with these changes come opportunities and challenges, and often fears and anxieties. How well an organization fares in times of uncertainty and change, depends on its ability to build and maintain a trust framework that supports true collaboration, contribution and organization-wide engagement. This coaching provides strategies and techniques for successfully communicating, navigating and leading organizational change.
